Well Analyzer Features
Acoustic Liquid Level Test and BHP Calculation
The Well Analyzer uses a gas gun/microphone assembly to determine the liquid depth in a well. Casing pressure is also monitored and BHP is calculated.
Dynamometer Test
Accurate horseshoe load cells provide a complete dynamometer analysis including surface and pump dynagraphs, precise measurement of valve loads and mechanical torque analysis. A polished rod transducer offers quick and safe dynamometer data acquisition and analysis. A miniature accelerometer provides polished rod position data.
Motor Power/Current Test
This analysis provides detailed motor performance, overall system efficiency, and gearbox loading from motor power/current measurements.
Pressure Transient Test
Our custom software and equipment performs acoustic pressure transient surveys at programmable rates. Numerous real-time plots provide timely field analysis.
Total Well Management Software
Total Well Management (TWM) is our data acquisition and analysis software. All well data and field-acquired data is stored and managed on the Well Analyzer notebook computer with TWM.
