Installation Guide

• If you haven't already downloaded TWMInstall.exe, do so now.
• Save the file in an easy-to-remember location, such as C:\Downloads.
• After the download is complete, open Windows Explorer (Start > Programs > Windows Explorer) and browse to downloads folder. Ex: C:\Downloads
• Double click on the icon to unpack the files.
• You will see the following dialog:

• If you want to make TWM setup diskettes, without installing TWM on your local machine, proceed to the How to create installation disks instructions below.
  Otherwise, continue reading on How to install TWM from the downloaded file.

How to install TWM from the downloaded file

Follow these directions if you want to install TWM on your current computer immediately after downloading.

• To install TWM on your machine, click on the "Unzip" button.
• TWM will extract the setup disk files to the specified folder.
• The setup program will run once the files are unpacked. Follow the installation prompts in the setup program.
• When the installation is done, you will have TWM Installation files in your C:\TWM Install folder. You may safely delete these files, or if you wish to make TWM installation diskettes, follow the next set of instructions.

How to create installation disks

Follow these directions if you want to create TWM Installation diskettes in order to install TWM on another computer.

• TWM Installation requires three diskettes (1.44 MB / 3.5" high density floppies).
• If you've just run the TWMInstall.exe program, you will see the following dialog.
  Be sure to uncheck the "When Done Unzipping Run.." check box (see below).

• Now press the "Unzip" button. Your installation files will be copied to the specified folder.
• In this example, we chose to extract the files to the C:\TWM Install folder.
• The Unzip program will create three folders, disk1, disk2, and disk3 within the TWM Install folder.
• Label three diskettes: TWM Install Disk 1, TWM Install Disk 2, and TWM Install Disk 3.
• Copy the contents of each folder to a new diskette. Do not copy the folder itself, just the files inside.
• To install TWM on the other computer, insert TWM Install Disk 1 in its drive and run A:\setup.exe on that disk. Follow the installation prompts.
• If you don't need to make any more installation disks, you may delete the C:\TWM Install folder.
